Chandrayaan-3 mission ka lakshya hai chaand par ek niyantrit utarna prapt karna. Agar safal ho gaya, toh Bharat us shreshth club mein shaamil hoga jahan sirf chaar desh is mahaan safalta ko haasil kar chuke hain. Lagbhag $75 million ki nyuntam budget ke saath, yeh mission Andhra Pradesh ke Sriharikota mein sthit Satish Dhawan Space Center se 2:35 pm par udan bharayi gayi hai.
Isse Bharat ki doosri koshish hai ek naram bhoomi par utarna, jisme pehli koshish Chandrayaan-2 mission 2019 mein asafal rahi. 2008 mein, unki pehli chandramaan anveshan yojana, Chandrayaan-1, safalata purvak chaand ki orbit mein ghoomi phiri, phir uski surface par ichchhit roop se crash land hui.
Pradhan Mantri Narendra Modi ne ISRO ke vaigyanikoon ke prati apni prashansa vyakt ki, unki pehle ke chandramaan mission ko mahaan karyakram ke roop mein mana aur duniya ko anmol gyaan aur samajh pradaan ki.
“Hamare vaigyanikon ki wajah se Bharat ke paas antariksh kshetra mein bahut samriddh itihaas hai. Chandrayaan-1, chaand par jal anekulesh ka astitva saabit karne ke liye vishwa bhar mein path breaking chandramaan mission mana jata hai. Isne vishwa bhar mein 200 se adhik vaigyanik lekhon mein shamil hua,” unhone likha, aur ismein se Chandrayaan-2 mission “barabar hi path breaking” tha.

ISRO dwara viksit Chandrayaan-3 mein ek lander, propulsion module, aur rover shaamil hai, jiske mukhya uddeshya hai chaand ki surface par surakshit utarna. Is mission ka uddeshya hai data sangrahan karna aur chaand ki dhatusamagri ke baare mein hamari samajh ko badhana ke liye vibhinn vaigyanik prayog anjaam dena.
Agar sab kuch plan ke anusar ho gaya toh, 43.5-meter LVM3 prakshepan rocket spacecraft ko dharti ke aas-paas ek elliptical mandal mein prakshepit karega. Uske baad, spacecraft chaand ki ore ek trajectory par prasthan karega aur lagbhag 23 August tak utarna tay hai.
Chaand ki surface par ek spacecraft ko naram bhoomi par utarna ek kathin prayas hai, jo sirf teesre teen deshon – United States, Russia, aur China dwara – tak kaamyaab ho paya hai.
